This room gets his name from the old granny who owned the house many years ago, called "Franca".
The location of this unit is unique : this is located in the center of the main plaza. The entrance of this room is directly in the main plaza, and there are very few steps to get into : exit the door and you'll be directly in the heart of town. This unit is equipped with soundproof glasses to give you a quiet sleep at night, even if the plaza is not so noisy at night.
